The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur during the warranty period. The limited warranty applies to mechanism, hydraulics, wheel base, castors and hardware such as screws and nuts. This applies to furniture used under normal household or office conditions. However there is no warranty on upholstery/coverings.


This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use
  • Normal wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.
  • Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents
  • Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately
  • Products cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.

We, at INNOWIN, understand the necessity for a Replacement Policy. We assure you that we are always ready to go that extra mile to know and solve our customer problems. In lieu, we offer a 7-Day Replacement for all our products.

  • Clean the chair with a soft lightly damp cloth regularly, to maintain its state.
  • Do not keep warm or cold items directly on the chair’s surface.
  • Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, to protect the upholstery from fading.
  • Avoid placing the chair in direct contact with damp walls or damp areas. In case   of contact with moisture,                 wipe the surface with a dry, lint-free, soft cloth.
